McOil provides its expertise in specialized areas of the natural gas business. In addition to providing consulting services, it enters into strategic partnerships with companies it identifies as having the most innovative products available in these specialized areas and custom designs the application of their products for the specific needs of its customers.
McOil undertakes economic feasibility studies for is clients to determine the potential use of natural gas as a fuel source in instances where traditional pipelines are too costly. Where the application is feasible, McOil is able to provide a variety of CNG delivery systems, including the latest in lightweight composite tanks. In other instances, the application may lend itself to building, on site, a distributed scale (small, 5,000 gallon per day) LNG plant. This type of solution lends itself well to orphan wells or the recovery of methane from landfill sites, as well as other specialized applications.
Another specialty of McOil is the recovery of gas from mature production wells experiencing hydrostatic pressure problems. It has a strategic partnership with the patent holder of the Aviva Enhanced Recovery System (AERS) and plans to organize a number of limited partnerships to profit from this technology. These partnerships will identify and purchase appropriate properties and install the AERS to increase both production and recoverable reserves.
